Terms of Use
These terms cover traftonhometeam.com and Client Hub (my.traftonhometeam.com and the Trafton Client Hub app). By using them, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are
- Trafton Home Team, a California real estate team, DRE #02026482, brokered by Real, DRE #02022092. Operated by TRAFTON LLC, 2141 Tuolumne St Ste J, Fresno, CA 93721. Contact: baylen@traftonhometeam.com | 559.213.7734.
2. Client Hub Accounts
- Client Hub is for clients we invite and the people they add to their deal. You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an emailed code.
- Keep your email account and phone secure. Anyone who can read your email or unlock your phone may be able to sign in as you. Tell us right away if you think someone else has signed in, and use “Sign out everywhere” on the Me tab.
- Use your own account only. Don’t share your sign-in or try to see information about anyone else’s deal.
- You can delete your Client Hub sign-in at any time from the Me tab. Your transaction records stay with us, as the law requires.
3. Information on the Site and in Client Hub
- Listings, home values, market statistics, and timelines are provided for general information. They may be incomplete or out of date, and home value estimates are not appraisals.
- Your contract and the documents you sign control your transaction. If anything in Client Hub differs from your signed documents, the signed documents win. Dates and deadlines in Client Hub are reminders only; confirm them with your agent and your escrow officer.
- We are real estate agents, not lawyers, accountants, lenders, or home inspectors. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, or inspection advice. Please talk to the right professional.
4. Wire Fraud Warning
- We will never send wiring instructions or ask you to change where you send money, by email, text, or in Client Hub. Before wiring any funds, call your escrow or title company at a phone number you have verified yourself.
5. Messages and Uploads
- When you send a message or upload a document, you confirm you have the right to share it. Please don’t upload anything unrelated to your real estate needs.
- Messages and documents become part of your transaction file and may be shared with the people working on your deal (for example your agent, our transaction coordinator, escrow, and your lender) as needed to complete it.
6. Acceptable Use
- Don’t misuse the site or Client Hub: no attempts to break in, get around sign-in or limits, copy listing data in bulk, send spam, or interfere with how it works.
7. Other Companies’ Services
- Some features rely on other companies, such as Apple and Google (sign-in), our MLS and home-search provider (listings), and our website host. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
8. Availability and Changes
- We work to keep the site and Client Hub running, but they may be unavailable at times, and we may change or stop features. We may suspend access to protect you, other clients, or our systems.
9. Disclaimers and Limits
- The site and Client Hub are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Trafton Home Team, TRAFTON LLC and our broker are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law or under your agreements with us.
10. Law and Changes to These Terms
- California law governs these terms. We may update them; the effective date above shows the latest version.
